2. Action Taken Upon Receiving a Valid DMCA Notice

Upon receiving a complete and valid DMCA notice, TN App will:

Promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.
Notify the user who posted the content (if applicable) of the removal and provide them with a copy of the DMCA notice.
Take reasonable steps to prevent further infringement.

3. Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed or disabled due to a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our DMCA Agent. Your counter-notification must include:

4. Repeat Infringers

5. Good Faith
